Our general business conditions

• A reservation, which is appropriate more for than two weeks in the future, and which is made by telephone, by email or by web, is to confirm by fax or letter. You receive from us a confirmation, which you fill out and send back. Both sites can cancel this reservation til one month before the day of arrival. By a cancellation within one week before the arrival a fee is to be paid the period booked by 10 per cent of the payment for. If you cancel one day before the first booking-day or later, you have to pay the first day full and the other days by 50 per cent.


• The room will be ready at 14 clock. Bed linen and towels are included. On the day of departure you have to leave at 11 clock. Exceptions to this rule may be personally denied.


• The bill is to pay in cash before leaving.


• It´s a non-smoking-room. Please keep it in the interest of future residents.
